We collect the email address you provide when signing up for the free pick list or other communications. We may also collect UTM source, medium, and campaign parameters from the URL you arrived from, so we understand which channels are reaching people interested in the Service.
We use your email address to send you the daily free pick, results recaps, and occasional product updates. We do not use your information for unrelated advertising, and we do not build individual behavioral profiles for sale.
Project Mercer does not sell, rent, or trade your email address or personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share limited data with service providers necessary to operate the Service (e.g., email delivery, payment processing, hosting).
We use a minimal first-party cookie to maintain admin session state on the performance dashboard. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or trackers. Analytics, if added in the future, will be listed here.
We do not store your credit card or payment details. Paid subscriptions are handled by Winible, and their privacy policy governs payment data.
We retain your email address and UTM data for as long as you remain subscribed. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. Upon unsubscribe, we stop sending emails but may retain a suppression record to prevent accidental re-contact.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at support@projectmercer.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
