Project Mercer provides sports analytics, research, and entertainment content. We do not accept wagers, manage money, or operate a sportsbook. All picks are timestamped pre-game and graded post-game for transparency and entertainment purposes only. Any decision to place a wager with a third-party sportsbook is solely your responsibility and made at your own risk.
Past performance displayed on this site does not guarantee future results. We do not promise winnings, "locks," or risk-free returns. Sports outcomes are inherently uncertain. Never wager more than you can afford to lose.
Paid subscriptions are processed through our third-party commerce partner, Winible. All billing, refund, and cancellation terms are governed by Winible's terms and the specific package you purchase. We do not store your payment information.
All content, branding, pick cards, scripts, and materials on the Service are owned by Project Mercer or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell our content without written permission.
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, to harass others, to scrape our data in violation of our robots.txt, or to attempt to disrupt our systems. We may terminate or suspend access for violations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Project Mercer and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any wagering decisions you make.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
